Golden Rules

• Post in the right forum!
   * You may have your post deleted or moved if you post in the wrong forum!
• Use descriptive Topic Subject.
   * This will help others find what they want to read.
   * Topics with bad Topic subjects maybe deleted!
   * Example: I need help!
• Research your Post!
   * Make sure you are not double posting, search the forum first most questions have been answered dozens of times before.
• No trolling.
   * Don't make posts that are inflammatory just to annoy people.
• No Personal Attacks.
   * Criticize ideas, not people.
   * Flaming will not be tolerated.
   * This includes any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws.
• No pornographic, sexually offensive, sexually explicit, or objectifying material.
   * This includes suggestive images, graphics, and comments.
• Do not post links to warez, warez sites or sites with pornographic or objectionable content.
   * Only link to sites that are for family viewing only.
• Respect the privacy of others.
   * Do not post other's phone numbers, addresses, pictures, etc., without their permission.
• Each forum member may have only one account.
• Do not use objectionable language.
• Do not dig up old threads.
   * If you want to continue an old discussion (older than 1 month), create a new thread and reference the old one in your post.
• Politics and Religion.
   * This is not a political or religious site please do not post on any issue that can be considered as political as someone will always be offended.
• NO Spamming.
   * No commercial posts or flooding the forum with useless content.
• Message content.
   * You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages.
• No Cap Locks.
   * Please do not post messages with the subject or post all in capital letters.
   * Your message will be deleted.
   * Words all in capitals are not only annoying but are read 50% slower than normal writing.
• Wide Messages.
   * If you post a message that breaks the sites width limit your post will be deleted or edited.
   * If you have to put the wide text in a text file and post that with your message.
• Bad Comments.
   * Any bad comments about this site or anyone on it will be deleted and you will have your account with be deleted or suspended without warning!
   * We take this rule very serious.

Signatures
• Signatures will be no longer than 4 lines.
• Signatures may contain 1 image (max. 400 x 120pixels).
• Signatures may contain a link to your personal site or sites that maybe of use to other members.
   * No Blatant advertising!
• Signatures are expected to follow the same guidelines as posts.

Avatars
• Avatars may not contain nudity!
• Avatars are only 90 x 90pixels.
• Avatars can be uploaded through your profile settings.

If you are found breaking any of the rules you may have your account deleted or suspended immediately. There will be no warnings given!

Membership

Membership to this site is free and allows you to have access to a greater variety of content and features. Sign up today and become a member of the site.

Guest: This is the default account that everyone uses when visiting the site for the first time. Membership is optional....if you don't sign up this is the account you will use.

Lurker: Once you have registered for your free membership your status is upgraded, however this is the default screening account. Once you have been verified you will receive an email informing you of your account status. You can always check your account status by logging into the site and viewing your profile. Once you have made one post you will be upgraded to the next level, that means instead of sitting and back and Lurking now you are posting.

Just, who am I really?

All my friends would agree that this is a very good question. I am James T. Ripley. I was born in Fort Sam Houston, Texas when my father was stationed in the US Airforce. I grew up in Elmira, New York. I am married and have four wonderful kids. (I should say most of the time they are.)

What do I really do with my time?

I am a soldier in the US Army. I work as a First Sergeant, here in Fort Stewart, Georgia. I also spend time with my family, and friends. My hobbies and special interests are working with or around computers. Assisting anyone that I can with almost any computer assistance that I can give them.
